How to play Tumblox
Roll a 1x2 block across a floating isometric board and drop it standing upright into the goal hole. The block alternates between standing tall and lying flat as it tumbles, so every move changes what fits: narrow bridges need the block lying lengthwise, and fragile tiles crumble if you stand on them. Every level is machine-verified solvable, with par set to the exact minimum number of moves.

Tips & strategy
- Think in parity: each roll flips the block between standing and lying, so plan whether you will arrive at the hole upright.
- On narrow one-tile bridges you must approach lying along the bridge - set your orientation before you get there.
- If a level feels impossible, roll away from the goal first; many optimal paths start with a detour to fix orientation.
Tumblox FAQ
What happens if my block hangs off the edge?
If more than half the block leaves the board it falls and the level restarts - edges are exact, not forgiving.
Are the pars actually achievable?
Yes. Every par equals the shortest solution found by an exhaustive solver, so three stars are always possible.
How do the switch plates work?
Some plates toggle bridges only when the block stands on them upright; others react to any touch. The level intro shows which.
