How to play LetterSweep

Every board hides eight words from one theme — animals, space, kitchen, sixteen themes in all. They run across, down, diagonally, and often backwards. Press on a letter and drag in a straight line to sweep a word; release to check it. Found words lock in with their own color. The daily board is seeded from the date so the whole world hunts the same grid — finish it to keep your streak alive, and beat two minutes for three stars. Tips & strategy

• Scan for rare letters first — a Q, X or Z in the grid is almost always part of a hidden word.
• Hunt word endings: -ING, -ER and double letters are easier to spot than first letters, and every word works backwards too.
• Sweep the grid line by line for the last stubborn word instead of staring randomly — diagonals hide in plain sight.
