How to play Memory Match
Flip two cards per turn and find every matching pair. A match stays open and gives you another turn; a miss flips both cards back, so remember what you saw and where. Play solo against your own best moves and time, pass-and-play with a friend, or race a bot with three memory strengths on 4x4, 4x6 and 6x6 boards.

Tips & strategy
- Say positions to yourself as cards flip - verbalising locations dramatically improves recall accuracy.
- Open unknown cards next to known ones: even a miss then adds two fresh positions to your mental map.
- Against the hard bot, avoid revealing new pairs late in the game - it remembers nearly everything you expose.
Memory Match FAQ
What do the stars mean in solo mode?
Stars reflect how close your move count is to the theoretical minimum for that board size - fewer moves, more stars.
How smart is the bot?
Easy remembers about 30% of revealed cards, Medium 60% and Hard over 90%, so Hard punishes careless flips.
Does matching give an extra turn?
Yes - as in classic concentration rules, a successful match lets the same player go again.
